## What it is
VPN-in-a-Box is a boxed product sold once (one-time purchase, self-deploy). The buyer owns the source and runs unlimited instances of their own VPN service. No telemetry, no call-home: the product never depends on the vendor's infrastructure to run.

## What it deploys
- Remnawave VPN control panel (nodes, users, subscriptions, HWID device limits)
- Telegram shop bot (Bedolaga): plans, promo codes, referrals, trials, auto-renewal, support tickets
- Web user cabinet (SPA, white-label)
- Payments: Telegram Stars, CryptoBot, card/SBP gateways (config-toggled)
- TLS reverse-proxy (Nginx Proxy Manager + Let's Encrypt + CrowdSec)
- Geo VPN nodes (add as you grow), automatic DB backups, anti-DPI multi-protocol inbounds
- In-house cross-platform VPN client (custom Rust core, not a generic fork): Windows, Android; DPI/censorship bypass that connects where v2rayNG/Happ fail; one-tap "Auto" server selection. ## How it works
1. Create a box: copy the overlay template, fill ~20 variables (domains, bot token, payment keys, prices).
2. Onboard: a wizard validates config (DNS, bot token, ports) and generates inventory + an encrypted secrets vault.
3. Two-pass deploy: pass 1 brings up panel/bot/cabinet; an intermediate step pulls secrets from the live panel; pass 2 finishes proxy + TLS.
4. First customer: the wizard prints links and passwords; sell the first subscription via the Telegram bot.
